The Met Gala 2022 theme continued the Met Gala 2021, In America: An Anthology of Fashion” from In America: A Lexicon of Fashion concept. It was the biggest night of the year. The event shined with the world’s most famous celebrities and fashion stars, who embraced Old Hollywood glamour and celebrated the Gilded Age.
The organizers requested guests to find “”thoughtful homage to our country’s history”” in their press release. Also, the invitations suggested that they embraced “”white tie”” and “”gilded glamour.””
This theme led to some fantastic fashion movements with Puffy sleeves dresses, opulent jewelry, busted skirts, and abele to make an unforgettable evening.
